The project delivered significant improvements in guest experience and operational execution, earning multiple industry awards, including Best Training Program and Best Service, and helping position Virgin Voyages as a leader in modern cruise beverage culture.

 

 

CAPITAL ONE LOUNGES

Robert Eldridge contributed to the development of beverage experiences for several Capital One Airport Lounges, helping elevate their craft cocktail identity and enhance the overall guest experience across major U.S. airports. Robert collaborated on curated beverage offerings that highlighted local spirits, region-inspired flavors, and lounge-specific cocktail programs. His involvement supported the brand’s vision of creating premium, relaxing spaces where travelers can enjoy high-quality drinks, thoughtful design, and a sense of place. His work extended across key lounges, including Las Vegas (LAS), Washington Dulles (IAD), Denver (DEN), New York (JFK), and Dallas (DFW), contributing to consistent service standards and elevated bar execution inside these modern travel hubs.

 

 

STARR RESTAURANTS 

Robert Eldridge contributed his expertise to multiple Starr Restaurants projects, helping elevate beverage and service standards across their diverse portfolio of restaurants in New York. His work included menu restructuring at Buddakan (NYC, 2025), menu refresh and staff engagement programs at Le Coucou, and bartender technique training at Le Diplomate and El Presidente. For The Occidental, Robert developed a digital platform to organize inventory materials and streamline operational processes. These projects enhanced guest experience, empowered staff, and strengthened operational efficiency, reflecting the high standards and distinct personalities of each Starr Restaurant location.
